We don't really do Hallmark Valentine's Day. When we were dating or when we were younger and married without kids, we spent a lot of money every year on it. We finally figured that we should be treating each other like this the other 364 days of the year (which we do), so there's no reason to go crazy on one commercial day. We get the kids stuff and let them have fun with it, now.

It's me that does the pampering on valentine's day. However....she better remember what March 14th is...or she won't get a valentine's day the following year.

My daughter's Mom surprised the heck out of me with this when I went to pick my daughter up. Luckily I covered my butt and got her a little something too.

I got her a flower (as in a single one). Sucks that payday is the day after. I'll get something this week-end. We don't do a big celebration, but I'm making up for breaking up with her on Feb 13th and getting back together on the 15th when we first started dating.

My wonderful woman calls Uptown Isy for every holiday and I am smoking a Padron Anniversary right now, thanks to Ronnie and of course Isy.

I think she talks to him more than I do, lmao!

Well, my gal and are still in the blush of a "new" relationship. We're coming up on our 3rd year together so we are still into spoiling one another. I bought her a couple of V-Day beads for her Pandora bracelet, took her flowers and chocolate covered strawberries at work. She bought me a new Longhorns cap, an Eric Ripert book and sent me cupcakes at work. We also went to a show last week, and I grilled steaks Sunday as part of the whole V-Day thing.

We stayed in last night :whistling:

Bought my lovely wife jewelry, always a winner with her. After all she has put up with me for over 28 years.
I received a quiet day to myself to enjoy a Rocky Patel Edge Lite. (She had to work)
