Thanks to a fellow CP'er - HerfinBigDog, I received my smokes and shirt yesterday. All in all, very nice for $16 delivered.

Wow this sounds like a really nice deal. :) Is the Newsletter anything like a magazine or is it just a couple of pages? I really like Cuesta Ray's and they alone are worth the 16 bucks. So this will definately get my support. THanks for the link! :thumbs:

I also got in on this deal and recieved my stuff about a month ago. Having never smoked a cuesta rey before that. I have smoked 3 of the 4 and have greatly enjoyed all of them. The shirt was also a little nicer then I was expecting to recieve, I will probablly actually wear it.

Well the "Newsletter" is like a "Newsletter", just a few glossy pages with color images. Haven't received any of the coupons yet, so no idea what they might be.

I believe the "newsletter" is called "The Wrapper". the tinderbox gets them so I always used to read theres. It tells you about plans for new releases and upcoming events. Definatly worth the price you're getting for a shirt and 4 cigars. ;)
 
My wife signed me up for this back in January. When I received my sampler the Captiva had mold on it. I emailed them to let them know, and never heard back from them. About two weeks later I received a whole new Centro Fino Sampler. I thought that was pretty cool of them, I was just hoping for a new Captiva.
 
I have been a member of the Conn Club for over 5 years, it is a great deal for short money. I don't know if they still provide a credit type card, but I still have mine from years ago.

You mean like a membership card? I don't think I received one this time, but I have in the past. I still have my 2004-2005 card in my wallet.
 
Ordered this deal, and it took just over 2 weeks to get the merchandise. As has been said, the smokes are well worth the $16.00, but the shirt is a quality shirt as well.
 
Just signed up. I know I used to really liek Cuesta-Rey. haven't had one in a long time. I think they'd be too mild for me nowadays. Is the sungrown stronger/fuller-bodied?

In the very least, they are a pretty wrapper and band to hand to moochers, and hey--I need a new golf-shirt.
 
The sungrowns are really nice smokelaw, I think you'll like them.

Just so you all know, it's per year, not just a one time fee. Now on the bright side, every year when you rejoin, you will get free smokes and a shirt (some years it's a nice t-shirt).

Now, I need to go sign up for my 4th (or 5th) year! Thanks for the reminder!
