Post Here when you receive your Cigar from VITASEA

Ok, mine showed up. Cue "Taps" crushed!!! But it does smell wonderful!!!
If the boxes doturn out to be real I am up for a box split.
I will also sent "V" something for sending me this stick. Packaged in a box with lots of packing material!!! LOL

Got mine today too. I looks real, smells real, hot damn I should smoke this thing and find out. Thanks V. I think we should be doing a box split. Whose with me?

My Cohiba Esplendido arrived today; it was wrapped in Saran wrap, and tossed into a padded bag. As you might expected, it was flattened pretty badly, but is likely smokeable.

I only looked at it briefly, but the band looked fairly real... one thing's for sure, whatever it is, it is rather young... very strong manure smell to the foot, which generally fades as the cigar ages.

Will look at it more tomorrow, and give it a smoke.

I did not know this site was here!!!!!!!!!!! :(
Sorry about the packaging but i had so many requests 34 that i looked for a inexpensive way to send them. anyone that got a less then smokable one i will resend, just email or pm me.i usually only send boxes which are packed very well

I don.t expect anything in return, just a little respect maybe an order or 2
I did send out a few other then esplandidos.
thanks for your good visual reviews.

These esplendidos were boxed in 2003 so they are at least 3 years old, very dark and oily.

I did meet with matt's friend jason hes big over at cigar weekly his handle is rhino, we spent a pleasent sat afternoon smoking cigars and drinking havana club 7 anos rum, real neat guy. He was very impressed (i think) with my cigars and promised to get back in touch with matt.
later

Vitasea thanks for the package it arrived safely and is resting in the humidor.

Gotta tell you it looks pretty good ............. ;)

Sounds like he's on the up and up  Just needs some work on his packaging ;) :D

your right it was a shame to send a cohiba like that
and i apoligize :(

It's just hard to build a "relationship" in this "community" when the first thing you do is try to sell cigars. Glad you're making things right, but it wasn't the best way to start.

If they turn out to be legit, I hope everyone returns soomething for the generosity he showed.

Definitely -- if they are legit, anyone who does not send a package back is in serious need of an enema.

thanks but nothing in return is expected, i've got all the great cigars i need

Got mine today, and it took a pretty good beating getting here.

It is now shaped like a flat banana and the cap has come off and the foot is split up the side about an inch and it is real wet.

On the other hand, it does smell pretty damn good and I can only guess that it use to look pretty good too, from the looks of the disconnected cap.

We'll wait and see what Matt's Bro has to say and go from there.

As far as showing some thanks IF these turn out to be the real thing, I think we should send him an order to show our thanks and not bomb him with cigars.

"Multiple Cohiba Box Split" would be the right thing to do since he did not come here to trade, but to sell.

He will definitely have to hoan his packing skills cause I would be pissed if a box showed up in this condition.

sorry :( willing to send another

OK, I received my smokes from Vitasea today, for some reason I got 2... seperate envelopes. Let me see if I can get this right. Sticks were packaged very poorly, I hope if somebody buys a box he sends them better than he sent these. Both of the cigars seem to be the Esplendido which is supposed to be 7" long. One cigar is definitely longer than the other and I don't know if this is normal. One stick is 7" and the other is 6 3/4". I read that others have spoken about the "caps" and construction. Sticks look very well contructed and the caps are very clean.
I took some pics so guys could judge for themselves.

i can not explain that. the first thing you look for in a box is the eveness of the cigar length and i would have noticed that and not even have bought the box in cuba
the post office must have shrunk it????

Got the cohiba same packaging as everyone and slightly "mail Pressed :p).But looks and smells great (for a cohiba).lol :D

I received my Esplendido too. It was crushed flat but hopefully will still be smokable. It looks like the real deal to me but as many are fond of saying "the proof is in the smoking." I put her to rest in my on deck humi and will light her up in a couple of weeks or so. It is pretty wet so will need significant time in the low 60's before it's ready to smoke. Very dark and oily though.

I would encourage everyone to wait at least a week before firing these up.

Thanks for the cigar vitasea :)

After an initial stumble, vitasea seems to be redeeming himself nicely. It will be interesting to see what the FOGs have to say after smoking these, especially mr. cohiba whore himself (not naming names, but his initials are lucasbuck). :)

I agree that it seems Vitasea really intends to make a sincere effort to prove himself and if his product is genuine, those who received his gifts should show him appropriate appreciation. I did not receive any cigars from Vitasea (I didn't ask for one) but I believe I owe him as well. I posted my skepticism in a less than gentlemanly manner in another thread and would like to apologize.

Vitasea, I sincerely regret my earlier comments and hope that you find yourself at home.

thanks still be glad to send you one

Sorry for my delay....I received mine last friday. As with the others, it was a bit flat and very moist. It looked pretty damn good to me; but I am not terribly experienced in the matter. I also showed cigardawg and mrjinglesusa the sticked and they both gave it approval as well.

I am going to need to let it sit for awhile in the Humi....but will get a review out after I light it up.

Patrick

ps - vitasea, thanx for the smoke....I am sure we will all make it up to you!
