You Learn Something New Every Year Pass aka...This space reserved...

Jim unless anyone else has a concern those look good to me. Don't forget to post your lesson!

Looks like Gary is setting the stage for the next contest already...

My only concern is if this is Cameron Diaz?

:D

Nice plays Step!
No, Diaz does not have a fat ass.

Nice play Jim!

I'll get that Super Corona and I'm bottom of the list because none of you have the balls, I have one and a half BTW.

Brian

Hmmmmm...shall we list this cigars that we think 'might' take it?

And that if her ass!
Haha, you just want it now cause I mentioned that I will get it.

If that's her ass, she has put on weight on her ass, that's not her ass

Brian

Don't know for sure Brian.................I do know that I need to stop clicking on Gary's links, even if it does not have a NSFW. I just got a warning from our IT Dept.....Hope they don't call the boss.
Man that was quick, I did not even wait for the picture to load once I saw the Web name in the address bar. :(

I will get my lesson up when I get home today. Thanks Phil for the great pass.

Jim

Jim the Reserva for the SC is fine, much to the chagrin of everyone else in the pass who wanted to snipe it lol. That is one of my favorite cigars for sure so definitely let me know what you think of it. Thanks for playing Jim!

Ok... I've been informed that the pass has arrived, is being guarded by Amber and Porter the cigar snob dogs, and as long as they don't smoke them all by morning it will be awaiting me in the morning. I'll check it over then...

more later

Ok.... all looks good so far.

proposed puts and takes...

#23 Illusion HL - (P) Padron '26 #9 (blacker than black... wait'll you see this black as night maddie)
#31 Padron 80th nattie - (P) Padron 80th maddie
#42 Trinidad EL Ingenios - (P) Monte '05 EL Dalia
#45 Flor de Ybor City 85 SG - (P) Anejo #77 'Shark'

Lemme know any concerns... I work tomorrow for 24 so the soonest I can get this out is Tuesday AM.

I dunno about the anejo for the flor de ybor. I know the flor de ybor is like a $3 smoke but that one has at least a year on it, obviously increasing its value to no less than $3000. I might let it slide but you may still want to consider putting in a live halibut and some moose testicles instead.

I got dibs on the testes!

Let's see:

Take: #83 Moose Testicles Put: #100 1 pound Squirrel Jerky

I got dibs on the testes!

This is what happens when you spend too much time in cold climates.

It hasn't snowed yet! Probably not for another couple weeks at least...

By the way, there's not many places anymore, except small towns, where the local bar actually has pickled treats still available!

Just wanted to let the pass participants know that my lesson is coming at you shortly, honestly I forgot even though Phil reminded me more than once.

Jim

Thanks for playing Jim! I will update the pass list tonight. Looking forward to your lesson (assume it involves generating body heat through some sort of moose love in harsh climates).

So I have obviously had alot of time to think about the teach part of this pass. As I reflect back over the few years I have been without drugs (alcohol is a drug.) in my system I fondly remember the first time I realized that alcohol was also a substance I could not partake in at all even for pleasure on any occasion because it never helps me to make good choices. Afterall I have a disease that wants to kill me and has ravaged many of my family members (mother and father included). This epiphany came to me as I watched a video by Father Martin called "Chalk Talk." I am an analytical individual by nature (I am sure none of you will relate) :), so his explanation of alcohol being a drug and his comparison to its affects on the body being very similar to the drug ether was turning point for me. I could just never grasp this idea in my mind until I heard this lecture. What I learned from this that is even more important is that I should not always try and figure everything out. Sometimes I don't need to know why, but how and just take action. This applies to every area of my life today. I still try and operate with the required info, but I also make sure that I have not picked things apart so much that I forgot what the ultimate goal was. Thanks Phil again for the opportunity to be in this pass. It was a joy!!

I guess I should decipher the cryptic message inside LOL. Essentailly what I was trying to say was that sometimes we make choices based on what society wants us top think and not what we know. Alcohol being a socially acceptable substance and ok for some did not mean it was ok for me. I learned after several trips to Jail and the mental ward that it was just not a substance I could partake in even if socially acceptable to most. I was not able to grasp this concept until it was explained to me in Father Martin's lecture. I hope that claifies it a bit.
