The Aventinus weizen glass is awesome! That's the one style of glass that I've been wanting to get (ever since I had the Aventinus that Aventinus sent me ironically). Eat your heart out Pete! (I suppose you probably already have one)

I tried sticking with the local theme, but it seems most of the microbreweries in and around Charlotte have closed with the one left (that I know of) being out of growlers. The Duck Rabiit line is brewed here in NC and brew strictly dark beers. The Porter is becoming one of my favorites. The Carolina Blonde is a good summer afternoon working in the yard beer. I'm still in the learning phase of specialty beers so I hope none disappoint when you drink them!

Great plays Brian, awesome beers. That glass is fanfuggintastic man! Guys, thanks for keep things rolling and up to date while I was out of pocket for the last few days. Can't wait to see Justin has in store for Nate. I have a feeling it is going to be saaaaweeet!

Justin received the package today. I will post pics tomorrow and try and get Josh's box out tomorrow afternoon. Guys I must say that Justin blew my front porch to hell and back. This guy is nuts, all beers that I've never had the pleasure of enjoying. Justin thanks a ton bro, thanks to the rest of the BOTL participating in this very first BIF, and to Jonas for making it happen.

The Dark Lord definitely lives up to its reputation no questions asked, the 10th Anniversary is drinking fantastic right now and is one of my favorite beers, the 07 Epic is tasty but seems like it will be ever better in a year or so, and the Rogue is a pretty damn special DIPA.
