I haven't liked a single pepin blend from CI as of yet (the obsidian and achilles were both bland and uneventful for a non-weekly special price). I dig 90% of his blends though, so I may be interested in giving one more a shot .

Seeing as they just broke the news yesterday, I don't think they've actually sold any yet. Looks to me like that's just a placeholder while they get them loaded into their inventory.
I hope these are decent smokes. He's putting a bunch of new stuff on the market now that he's up and running in Nicaragua.

It seems like every other week we hear of new Pepin cigars. I just hope he doesn't over extend his operation and have the cigars suffer.

I'm sure quality IS already suffering the way they are suddenly surging into the market on all fronts. But maybe the cigars in question are still in the aging room....give it another 4-6 months and see what's showing up on the shelves.
