Well, in light of the couple threads I have read I think it'd be interesting to see what everyones favorite beers are. Since it's too hard for me to list an actual list of favorite beers I'm going to just list my favorite beers of a variety of types of beer. Feel free to do the same, or just list some of your favs.

* American Pale Ale: Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
* English Pale Ale: Samuel Smiths Pale Ale
* ESB: Left Hand Sawtooth
* Sweet Stout: Sam Adams Cream Stout or Empyrean Fallen Angel
* English Brown Ale: This one is hard. I'll give three... Newcastle Brown Ale - Big Sky Moose Drool - Empyrean Third Stone Brown

* Irish Dry Stout: Guinness Draught
* Oatmeal Stout: Samuel Smiths Oatmeal Stout

I do have to say that my FAVORITE beer is probably a Guinness and my "go to/never fail" beer is usually a SA Boston Lager

I'll use your list, remove the ones I don't have, and add the ones that are missing:
  • American Pale Ale: Great Lakes Burning River

  • Imperial IPA: No fair! Too many to list, but some never-fails are: Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA, Weyerbacher Double Simcoe IPA, Victory Hop Wallop, Avery Maharajah, and anything from Deschutes. That's if you omit the "holy grails" like both Pliny's, HopSlam (which I don't care for), Surly Furious, Racer X, etc.

This post is clearly useless. Please delete Rod

You and your Belgian allegiance. While I have had some decent Belgian brews, I've had the Rocheforts and whatnot...they don't do it for me. Maybe I'll give them another whirl, but they're so damn expensive.

I put Choklat in there just for you :p WWS for life dude!

Ahh Great replies guys. Theres o many beers I have had and theres still so many to try!. I imagine a lot of these I can't get here so if anyone is up for a trade I would definantly be down for it. :)
