So Gator and I are at La Luna this guy walks in, somewhere around 18 years old. He says he's looking to buy his dad a box of cigars. At some point the conversation went something like this:

Gael: Would you like something Mild, Medium, or Full?

Young Guy: I'm not sure, what's the difference between them.

Gael: Well, one's mild, one's medium, one's full.

I was in the other room trying my best to not crack up.
So there you have it. Mild is mild, medium is medium, and full is full.

Sometimes I'm only mildly full of Sh*t, othertimes I'm full of Sh*t.........should I base what I smoke that day on this? On the days where I thought I was only mildly FOS and you thought I was FOS I guess would be a medium. ???

Well, he could have tossed the word "Flavor" in there..
No sence making fun of a young guy or a non smoker buying for his dad.
We get that all the time. Sometimes it takes a little explaining but thats ok for us.

Thats part of customer service we are happy to give without ridicule
