It doesn't get any easier then this. You can use it for chip dip, potato topping, salad dressing or whatever.

Ingredients:
Blue cheese crumbles
Sour cream

Put the sour cream in a bowl
Get a container of blue cheese crumbles, open it and place it in the microwave at a low setting, I use 3 in mine.
Heat until the cheese melts but the oil doesn't seperate out, stir as needed each microwave is different so I can't say how long it will take
Pour the melted cheese into the sour cream and stir in quickly
Refrigerate until firm

For variation you can mix in dried cranberries, chopped nuts, raisens etc. etc.

Wow, that is simple! I just added those ingredients to my grocery list.
I never thought of melting the blue cheese in a dip.
I'm going to try it in fat free sour cream, which I actually enjoy.
I can see me now, trying that on everything.

So simple but genius! I'm definitely trying this. The dried cranberries sound like a yummy addition. Thanks!
