AF Chateau Maduros

Swissy had sent me one of these in a bomb about a month ago and i really enjoyed it...excellent flavor, TONS of smoke and a good, even burn....i enjoyed them so much that i went out and bought a box of them where they sat in my humidor for a good 3 weeks or so. Ive smoked about 5 of theseso far and found the burn to be VERY uneven with these despite trying them at a few different levels of RH. Is this a common problem with them? The fantastic taste is still there, but its kinda annoying that i have to touch them up with the lighter every 1/2 inch or so.

I always get burn issues with them about halfway through, but they also tend to even out unless it's too severe. Just slow down a little, and put the slower burning end on the bottom when you rest the cigar, and it will correct itself.

Rob is absolutely correct..you should do yourself a favour and try the sungrown Chateau..my current go to smoke...
