Well, I have had this BLAZER Gemini™lighter for less than a year, and it stopped on me. I tried using rubbing alcohol and a q-tip to clean the jets, no luck. Then i tried adjusting the spark gap, still no luck. The lighter sat for 2 months on a shelf not being used. After stealing the wifeys Bic's 3 times, and getting lectured, i thought maybe i would try a new tactic to clean the Blazer's twin jets. Compressed air (for use on computer circuit boards) One blast and it works like brand new. Musta been a particle stuck in there, resulting in me slowing down my cigar consumption. Just thought i would post this very simple solution to an annoying problem. :)

Cheers!

Thanks for the tip. Do you bleed it before filling?

It seems that the same happens to Colibri lighters. Sometimes the ones I use have the same problem and a burst of air helps solve it. Thanks for the heads up.
