Uhhh huh…. first of all, it’s a cat, how dose one get there ass kicked by a cat???? Second of all a restraining order? I’m not sure on the laws but I believe here in WI if you pet is loose at attacks someone there (usually) to be put asleep and your held liable for any destruction of property and medical bills…
