Well, you know Jonesy. He's the master of the waiver wire. Couldn't beat me though! :laugh: Odd though, that he seems to be overlooking my challenge for a card match on the last game. I can't believe he's actually afraid of losing to ol' Doc Wylie twice in one season. How's that ancient saying go?... Old age and treachery beats youth and skill anytime? :whistling:

As for our wager, better make it for the last week of league play just in case I fail to qualify for the Consolation Round (unlikely, yes... but a mathematical possiblity) or if you ...*ahem*... fall short in Round 1. :laugh:

Looks like I'm in trouble. I picked up Malcom Floyd of the Chargers because of Gates and Jackson possibly being out, inserted him into my lineup to see how I matched up against the Woodpeckers, then wasn't home last night to check his status until the game was underway and saw he didn't play. Hey Tony, go ahead and laugh because it looks like I screwed myself 2 years in a row now!

On a similar note, thank you for Nate Keading, as I am losing confidence with the pack altogether with Rodgers out. That said, like a dumbass, I left Vjax on the bench. I toyed with the idea of putting him in, in place of jennings, but decided against it because of his last two craptactic performances and the hope the Rodgers would play. Then I'm on my way home listening to the game and I hear him catch a 58 yarder early on. I almost threw up in the car. 37 points...on my bench. Ugg.

We may both end up on the outside looking in.
