Not to be 'that guy' but, from a legal perspective, you will need to be very careful in undertaking this kind of effort. While truth is an absolute defense in defamation cases, imputing a negative business character can be actionable. In some jurisdictions the initial presumption is in favor of the business owner which makes things even more difficult.
