Smoking in Vermont

I'll be up in Vermont for the remainder of the week. It's been some time since I've been up there so I was wondering if anyone knew the smoking laws in Vt.
Will I be able to smoke in the comfort of being inside or will I have to go out and freeze?
 
Vermont is not a smoker friendly State. It's not flatlander friendly either. Take care, you got two strikes against you. :p Seriously, there is no smoking in restaurants, bars etc. But there are motels and such that have smoking rooms.
