Here is a pretty good cigar lounge to visit and sit and smoke..... they don't have a bar but you could bring a coffee or something.... I think Tone-ny visited this place also once.....

Ah, Sparks Steak House! Did you know that is where John Gotti came to power? He had Paul Castellano rubbed out as he was getting out of his car for dinner. Cigar reference, Castellano had his trademark cigar with him when he got rubbed out.
