Puppy Pass
The Background: Ok folks, here it is… my first hosted pass. And to start off, my apologies - I sent out a few personal invites for this pass, thinking that a number of them would decline on the grounds it’s my first pass, I’m still a n00b, what a dumb idea, etc. Then I would open up the rest of the slots to the general population. HOWEVER, it would seem that only 2 declined to join (for other reasons), which filled the pass up from the start. Oops! My bad… sorry :whistling: However... if it goes off well, I'll start another (with no invites) right after this one is finished.
The Pass: I got this idea from a thread some time ago, where everyone posted pictures and info on their pets. As most people know (or would assume) I’m very much into my dogs. So to keep it simple, and run with a theme, this pass is for dog owners. The ‘gimmick’ for this pass is not only cigars, but dog treats. Every pass participant is expected to put into the box, their dogs favorite treat. A bone, treats, cookies, whatever. The next person in the pass gets those treats for their dog, and replaces the treat with their dogs favorite. And so on down the pass. So hopefully everyone not only gets some great cigars, but their dogs get to participate and enjoy some new goodies as well.
The Rules: (my apologies to all the other passes I stole these from…)
1. When you receive the pass, please do an inventory and make sure everything is there and numbered correctly.
2. Please inspect the box and packaging materials for proper cigar packing and RH%. Either post your concern or contact me directly.
3. Do not remove the cigars from their baggies unless they are part of your approved P/T’s.
4. Please post your proposed P&T’s in the forum prior to the pass arriving to you. If anyone has an issue with someone else's plays, please be polite about it and post your concerns in the forum.
5. Put & Takes’s (P/T’s) should be: A) value for value, B) ISOM for ISOM, C) NC for NC, D) Premium for Premium, and E) Rarity for Rarity
6. In the dog treats area, anything not professionally/commercially sealed should be double ziplocked or sealed in some form or fashion so that it DOES NOT LEAK, STAIN, SMELL-UP or otherwise endanger the cigars also in the box. Please use common sense in this area… such as liquids are a bad idea! If there is any question or concerns, contact me directly.
7. Post your dog(s) name and brief description of the included dog treat as well as your dog(s) opinion of what they got. (tail wags, barfed it up, and so on)
8. Please notify next person in line via a post in this thread prior to shipping to confirm they are ready.
9. Ship package via USPS and post the DC# in the forum.
10. Give your dog(s) a scratch for me and most of all, Have fun!

I´m doing the path across the top of the States first as there were a couple of players that have an upcoming address change and thought they should be in the head of the pack.
And again... sorry that this filled up before it went ´public´... but I do want to keep it to a lower number of pass participants since it is my first pass.
And just a warning to all... I have a ´retired´, cranky and semi-vocal FOG to be my ´silent´ (hehe, yea right) partner to help me run this right!
