Mini Herf at Schlesingers Cigar Bar

I was at Schlesingers this past Saturday evening with Tom (HudsonValley) and we were talkin' that it's time for a mini herf for the local S/BOTL and any others that want to join us. We did discuss that Lou (LouieD) did not have the opportunity to join us for the recent Quad State Herf so i have PM'd him yesterday and ask him what day would be good for him so we can include him in our next event. I did suggest that a Saturday afternoon / evening is better for me. I do keep in contact with Rob (Rob300C) and he said that he's up for it along with Joe (siriusstoogie). Post away on your thoughts as well and as soon as I hear back from Lou, we'll try and lock in a date for everyone's calender....... :) :thumbs: :cool:

There are a few bars I have in mind...
Probably will just meet up at the bar in the New Casino the Casino of the Sky.
It's the round bar between the non-smoking gaming area and the last blackjack pit. From there we can decide whether we want to check out some new scenery, gamble or grab some food.

Hey Gary,

Schlessinger's is in New Windsor, NY.

Follow I-84 to the Hudson River and it's the first exit after you cross the river. It's an hour and fifteen from Wethersfield.

Oh and I vote for a Saturday and I can't make it down before July.
 
Sound like a nice group so far. As soon as I hear from LouieD, while work on the date. I too scratched my head CC when I saw the July....... :D :thumbs: :p :sign: :cool:
 
July would be a whole different HERF. :D I say no more than a month. I hate all that anticipation sh*t. :p Instant gratification is for me. :D

Well, I did receive a PM or two from LouieD and he is busy for the next couple of weekends. He did mention that he was free tommorrow afternoon if any of you wanted to meet up for a cigar or two. I'm gonna give him a call today and I'll post about it after work. I'll try and lock down a date for our mini herf which looks like it will be in three weeks now. Talk with you all soon....... :) :thumbs: :cool:
