After my first pass, A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words, was successfully completed a few weeks ago, I've been thinking of a sequel to it... with the kinks worked out of it and some new twists added.
Well, here it is... A Picture is Worth TWO Thousand Words! :thumbs:
The Overview:
It's going to be a small pass, with a good mix of older members and newer members, as well as members from this board... and a few from CW. With my birthday coming up in early May, what better way is there to celebrate than with some of my cigar buddies and a fine ISOM?
The Basics:
The digital camera idea from last time didn't work quite as well as I had hoped, but I think I've worked out a better plan. This time, I will be sending out a bunch of disposable cameras. When the pass returns home, I will have them copied to a digital format, and uploaded for everyone to see.
Take as many pictures as you like. They do NOT have to be of your Put and Takes (like before), although pictures of those would be more than welcomed. I want you to take funny, creative, weird, whatever kind of picture you want.
The Contest:
After all the pics have been submitted to me... there will be 2 winners, each who will win a nice sized prize pack directly out of the pass contents.
First winner ~ I will pick the picture I found to be most amusing/entertaining/outrageous.
Second winner ~ Will be determined by YOUR votes. Anyone can vote, not just the pass participants.
The Rules:
Ya'll are all big boys. I don't think you need someone to hold your hand through this process. All I ask is that you PLAY FAIR. Make a play that you would feel good with if someone were to make that play in YOUR pass. When in doubt, PM.
The Logistics:
I plan on getting this box out within the next 10 days, basically, right after the tax man cometh. With summer slowly creeping up, I'm going to try to get this pass home before the heat really kicks in.
