Recently purchased a humidor out of an old Russian ammunition box for 7.62 caliber rounds. The rounds are WWII surplus and the box is in excellent shape. It works great!

If you are interested in one of these highly unique humidors please email david.firewallexposure@gmail.com

They cost $125.00 plus shipping and for $160.00 it will include a hygrometer and more advanced humidor.

LOL notice the popcorn on the fridge behind the box!!! This has to be a joke. Do I win a prize???

Oh, I'm afraid it's serious AND a joke. Notice it's his first and only post.

Mccartd1 / David,

That is an interesting humidor. If you're here to sell these, you should post in the retailer's forum. If you're just "sharing" then doing like this just looks like spam. Good luck either way.

LMFAO! Hold up! I got some old plywood out back...hammer and nails here I come! :D

If what you're trying to sell is a humidor, what's in the picture isn't. It's just a wooden box made of what looks like pine that isn't lined with Spanish cedar and wouldn't hold humidity very well at all. The fakes they sell on eBay would probably work better.

ETA: And every Brother here knows that!

Something like this could be really cool. But first, you have to know about what makes a humidor a humidor ... Not just a box with some strips glued to the edges.

There was a whole pass back in like 06 or 07 surrounding ammo can humidors....also lol@thisthreadimo

Come on now...this is one hell of a deal and excellent quality of wood. It was crated on Aug, 1952. It has to be the best deal ever seen on CP or any where else for that matter. Just look at the AK-47. Its made to last. Just like this crate is.

You guys missed the whole point, the interior is finished in Russian spanish cedar flown in from Vladavostok. Guys, appreciate the quality before you make such oppressing comments. For shame. :0 :whistling: ???

Let's see...I really really want to click on an email link what includes the words 'firewall and exposure' ...

...well maybe the later!

C'mon, Gary, live a little. Go ahead and expose your firewall.

***** I didn't think we were allowed to post X-rated information ( but ah hah, maybe it is NOT X-rated, hence, no post? ) Doc better get involved in this and make the call. He has all the experience.

Someone needs to act quickly on this deal and I do mean deal because this is going for $40 more on another forum
