Worked for me on Chrome at work and working well on my Droid.

This is so clean and white, I don't want to get the page dirty.

The old skin is gone for now, until I finish redesigning the new one.

The forum works fine in IE -- if you have contact with Tom, ask him to try FireFox so that we can identify the issue. Also, ask him to clear his cache and cookies in IE8 and see if that resolves the issue.

Rod...Spoke with Tom again. He cleared everything out as you suggested and was able to log on. He went to lunch, came back and tried to log on again and received the same message as before...

Fatal error: Class 'IPSSearchIndex' not found in /home/cp/public_html/forums/cache/skin_cache/cacheid_7/skin_global.php on line 321

Working on the tags.

Tom was set to the old skin -- I changed that so he should be able to get in now.
 
Started working at work behind the firewall, works fine from home.

Not sure what changed, but no more error messages. Now, all I have to do is learn to drive it..... :p
 
Don't mean to crash the party but what was the issue with the old style? I was rather fond of it.

It looks like the actual forum software itself was upgraded, so it's like that rather than trying to get the old skin to work with the new forum software, he's just going to update the look as well with something fresh.

Considering how buggy the previous forum software was starting to get, this is a good thing. Good old maintenance keeps the CP engine thumping. :)

Rod, I really am liking the new forum. Very clean and easy to navigate. I'm still getting used to things being in a different place at times, but it is very easy to figure out where stuff is in that event.
 
I can't seem to change my avatar. No matter what image I choose to upload from my machine, the software uploads this same smoking fish image. I even moved all of my avatar images to a new folder that didn't contain this image. It's doing this in Firefox and IE. I've cleared cache and cookies.

ETA: wtf? Now it changed without me even changing it again. Never mind...

ETA Again: No. It keeps switching around on me. I'm leaving off any avatar until I can figure this out.
