Agreed, it seems like the Cards are dealing for a totally mediocre team, not the best they can get and they have plenty of money.

Yep, they won the Cubbies home opener. It seems like they've gotten better, without Cutch22. Maybe he freed up some room, for other players to step up and contribute.
