juan lopez seleccion no. 2

So I received a new shipment in today from a reputable vendor listed on this site. I received PLPC's, Punch Punch, and Juan Lopez Seleccion no. 2's.
I love them all, but the Juan Lopez Seleccion no. 2's the wrappers loose on a good amount of them. I lit up two today and the wrapper starting fallin off a quarter of the way through. In this case can I just cut off the wrapper thats falling off and smoke the rest of it? I just put them out.

Very curious. I've yet to have this problem with them. I currently have two SLB's left.

edit to add..actually the first paragragh can go(or two sentences).
