First cigars I ever rolled, well, with the exception of a cigar I rolled at an event a few years ago. Done freehand, no molds. Each cigar was rolled using a single type of tobacco, from the priming of 21 August 2010. The tobacco was pile cured, then fermented in a chamber at 110 F and 75% Rh for 3 weeks. The time from harvest to rolling was close to 4 months. From planting to rolling was right around 6 months.
