What did you end up getting? The ones my wife has are from Heat Press Nation, and they seem to work really well. She doesn't use it daily or anything, but when she does it seems like she's pressing 30+ items in a single run.

If the cigars seem to be in good condition, I don't think I would warry too much about it.

With this being the first season it doesn't surprise me that there are issues with the system. My hope is that MLB can figure out how to make this system work correctly in the next few years.
