12/16/14 - OK time for a Profile Overhaul. Big changes since i last updated this thing.
My Wife and I have given birth to our first kid in August- a son! Since then, I've left my job and have become a Stay At Home Dad. So far, this new job has surprised me with how much tougher it actually is along with how much more rewarding and fulfilling. I am blessed beyond my wildest dreams to be in this position.
So my wife and I still have our yellow lab, Ranger (2010) who still loves to play catch and run through the woods near our house.
Mondays dont suck as much as they did. Actually, every day feels like a Sunday: I got to have fun today but need to get back to work tomorrow.
I drive to get places, not to sit behind lollygaggers- I have accepted the lollygaggers some but not embraced them.
My favorite drinks are now coffee, craft beer and whiskey. We have a lot of good micro-brews around here so I've been enjoying them quite a bit.
For cigars, I've been looking alot towards boutique blends, like the ones you hear about on certain Podcasts- Roma Craft, Debonaire, J Grotto, 262, 1502, etc. I still enjoy Padron, Davidoff, Crowned Heads, Tatuaje. But the first question i always ask when i enter a humidor is: what is new? I'll give anything a shot.
Music- it’s easier to say what I don’t like, mainly corporate made and packaged music sung by teenie boppers or trailer trash.
Sports- Denver Broncos, though I watch more then follow.
Grilling- charcoal with copious amounts or lighter fluid (I guess I'm still a little bit of a pyro at heart).
Trucks- I have upgraded my Ford Ranger to an F-150. I love this truck. So does my wife. On more than one occasion, her "car has had a problem and she needs to drive my truck instead."
Dog- 4 year old yellow Lab named (of all things) Ranger
Wife- still hot. Actually, more hotter now then before our son. I dont know what it is, but she is way more attractive now then before she was pregnant.
