What I do is put the singles in a ziplock and punch holes in it. My wine cooler is holding 65-68% top to bottom. The bags are just to save space and the holes in the bag let the sticks breathe a little better (i think). I haven't had a problem as for as smoke quality....although I am still new...

Agree w/ the Sancho Panzas Double Maddies. For the money (sub 2.00) you can't beat Flor de Gonzalez green and white Robusto and the Primo del Rey Cazadores. At that price you can enjoy a brew and mow the lawn with no concern about the cost.

Can't seem to get my humidity up. I have 1 lb. of 65% beads in a 28 bottle Vinotemp cooler. I've got cedar on the back of the unit and made shelves out of cedar. 4 different (calibrated) hygros give me no higher than 60% after 3 days running. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

thanks for the info and pics. I have the 65% beads, but no cedar yet. I ordered it online and it should be here this week. That should do the trick I hope. Once I have that sucker set up properly I will report back. Thanks again guys!
