Been smoking cigars for a 3 years now. Hoping to broaden my horizons, try new cigaras and manufacturers, and gain a better and deeper understanding on the cigar world. Just like wines, I tend to feel a little left out when i read cigar reviews and hear/read people break down the flavors and think, "wow, i don't taste any of that, i just know it's good and i like it!" I would like to learn to appreciate them more and be able to break down the experience into a flavor profile like that. I also very much enjoy smoking pipes, but same thing, I enjoy it but am seeking a deeper enjoyment of it. I have only been into pipes for about the last 6 months, so i am even more of a novice there than I am with cigars.

I enjoy blends from AJ Fernandez, I can't recall every having one of his blends that i didn't like in one way or another, i also enjoy blends from Perdomo and Rocky Patel.

Currently my favorite cigar is the Man O War Ruination, for me it's the best combination of flavor and price that i have found. I think the Armada tastes a bit better but for more than double the price i find the Ruination to be the better cigar, IMHO.
