I was in PR on business last week. You want to go El San Juan Hotel in Isla Verde. Hotel has a gorgeous lobby w/ a 2 bars, casino, coffee bar, dance club, etc. Definitely bring your own stogies and be ready to spend dough on drinks. Have a great time! -Ed
