Went ahead and broke it open. Went through hell to get it (had to buy three other bottles of booze in a package to get this). One of my favorites!

Always worried about whiskeys like this - seems to be gimmicky. But - a very nice malt whiskey (scotch like). A nice toasty oakiness and a great long warm finish. Not bad for the price! Well made.
