My brother is in Mrytle and there is a restaurant supply store there. He buys a shit ton of stuff from there. Look to see if there is one like it near you. They have legit cooking utensils there in addition to bulk food items. I've been to it. Its a cool store. HT

With that much surface area all you need is a wire cooling rack over in the corner to set stuff on to stay warm. It hovers about half an inch off the surface. Mine is the three burner size. My brother has a four burner size. Both are old style w grease trough in the front. HT
