Hi, I'm new to the Cigar world, I hope to gain some good advice prowling through these forums,
I had My first cigar about fifteen years ago , it wasn't anything memorable really, a Santa Rosa of some sort.. I never took to it then, perhaps I was too young to appreciate them at that time.
I have smoked cigarette for a while since about sixteen and just gave them up recently about three years ago, one of the best decisions I ever made, I still miss the tobacco and wanted to supplement it without the addictive personality of a cigarette , So I chose to pick up a Cigar to give it a whirl and put my tobacco craving at ease for a while, I ended up getting a Carlos Torano Camaroon 1916 from a local shop, it seemed mild to start then developed nicely, I loved how it finished a nice creamy tobacco taste, very smooth and rich.
I decided to get some more but not wanting to pay the local price I did some savy shopping online and came across Famous Smoke Shop,
I ended up getting two packs of the Rocky Patel Amilcar Perez Castro Sampler, I even found a better deal than the front page offer, as I bought a small travel humidor on sale for 8 bucks and got the 12 sampler for 10 bux more, so I bought two of them to start, lol
I am looking at getting into the cigar world further and would love any advise a seasoned vet or even a noob like myself can provide,
