I started smoking ten years ago when I turned 18, and have been smoking on and off since then, but over the past five years have really been trying to refine my palate and tastes. I've found that I have a taste for stronger, bolder cigars, preferring a maduro wrapper over most others.
I'm a recovering Nicaraguan tobacco purist, realizing that I am cutting myself off from a large portion of the cigar world because of my hesitency to extend beyond that particular tobacco. It's a scary world out there when you throw Dominican, Honduran, Equadorian and the others into the mix.
Looking forward to experiencing the community on cigarpass, as I have heard many good things about the site.
Other than cigars, I'm a huge sports fan. Heck, I'll even watch a good competitive darts match if the mood strikes me right. I've been a life-long fan of the Atlanta Braves, Orlando Magic and Tampa Bay Bucs (even the bad years).
I also spend a lot of time reading, particularly history (ancient Roman history is my favorite) and leadership theory.
Some cigar favorites include:
Padron 1964 maduros
Liga Privada T52
EPC Short Runs
La Flor Dominicana Double Ligeros
Tatuaje Brown Labels
