Most of the local shops in my area have no idea how to properly take care of cigars and if you say anything to them they say that "you need to talk to the manager" who apparently works from home everyday as he is never present. I've seen RH as low as 42% and as high as 79% at said shops.

Agreed and well said. Many times I've been to the shop and thought I'm gonna try something new, dump $10-$15 on a stick that I've never tried. Some are good and I wouldn't mind smoking them again, but not for that price.

Nice review for one of my long time favorites. Punch cigars alwasy have a spot in my humis, particularly the Double maduro rothschilds, Rare Corojos, and Punch Bolo's. Can't beat the quality of Punch cigars for the price. Edited for grammar.
