It's true, they're like smoking a perfect day. So mellow, creamy, well constructed, burns well and even.. A cigar that looks after you, instead of a cigar you have to look after.

Lol, it's only kind of illegal :love: But you're right, heavy handed with it. I wasn't so much specifically looking for that, simply someone who has lower duty fees than what I've experienced so far. The online retailers don't have a flat rate, there are differences between them.
