Thanks for the great review. My first 601 Blue was a part of a bomb sent to me by Jorel. I've been hooked on 601s ever since. Personally, they are one of my favorites.

I've always had pretty good luck with most of the Famous smokes. They won't knock your socks off, but they are decent sticks for the money.

I have to agree with thechenman, Garcia has been on fire lately. I have yet to find one of his sticks that I didn't like.

I'm pretty bad, so I tend to stick to a lot of open chord songs. I have a strict 4 chord max on all songs and no F chords. If it falls within my guidelines, I'll give it a shot.

Honestly, I try to do as little as possible while smoking. I usually smoke out on my back porch and I'm checking the yard out for projects that need to be done. But that is about it.

I grew up in Baton Rouge so I don't know that much about Lafayette. However, my sister lives there and if you like live music it shouldn't be too hard to find. There are a bunch of bars that have bands playing. Plus, the food down in Louisiana ain't too bad. "Laissez le bon temps roulez"
