My name is Anthony and if my profile name didn't give you a hint I am from New England. Yes I might be a "young Turk" but don't underestimate me. I have been actively in the cigar community for a little over 5 years now, and have learned so much in so little time. Growing up I never had the chance to meet either of my grandfathers, but about 50% of all the pictures I have seen of them they had a big stogy hanging from their mouths with a wide grin. My dad would smoke his occasional cigar (maybe 1 every 3 months). I started smoking cheap little Phillies in High School, but in 3 years I've had a taste of the best and worst. After about a year of smoking that crap my cousin and I took a trip to Little Italy in New York and I purchased my first "real" cigar. It was a La Gloria Cubana Serie R #7. My favorites are Padron 1926 and 1964, Quesada Octoberfest, Monte Cristo Media Noche, Partagas Black and more.... I stop by my local cigar lounge 3-4 days a week for about 3 years where I learned everything I know. Im here to further connect to fellow cigar smokers.
