Fucking Pandas
I tried to learn from my previous 2021 reviews and dry box this one for about 5 days to see if the humidity was an issue.
1/3: The unfinished foot at the end of the torpedo lights beautifully. I get Maraschino cherries and a little bit of clove. As I leave the first third, I begin to get some wood notes.
2/3: The cloves continue and the wood comes and goes before finally settling on a strong oak flavor.
3/3: As we enter the final third, sweetness and spice become the key flavors. This ends on a rather nice flavor character and it wants to keep going.
Final thoughts: This is the best of the 2021's so far and I think that the dry boxing really helped. I'll continue doing that moving forward. All in all, i liked it.
