I really enjoyed the Casa Torano cigars I've smoked. Also, their 1916 line is very tasty. I'm not sure how a cigar can be "...great, but [...] decent." though. Those seem to be mutually exclusive descriptions.

Common sense is not commonly found on the Internet, nor much in person, anymore. Vouching for someone implies a much greater level of trust than buying from them or giving them a wad of your own money for a purchase. When you vouch for them, you're "cosigning" your credit or reputation as a CP...
