I have had nothing but good luck with Tmobile. then again, when I have an issue, there is a Tmobile store here in town, and I let them earn the commissions they made from me by making them do the work. Visit a store, and get in front of someone, they may be able to help you. Rob

You missed the sales....they would do a clearance tent sale every year to clear the old models....80 dollar lighters for 5 bucks. The HQ was about 20 miles from my house. This sucks, as we here in RI have the highest unemployment in the country, there goes another few thousand. Rob

UPDATE: Well, I received some great news this weekend regarding my mom's cancer....the treatments have worked, she is in complete remission, with only a few minor side effects, they have done another biopsy f her bone marrow and looks clear. She goes for a PET scan tomorrow. Thanks all, Rob
