That's the point. If I had no idea I was doing it, I wouldn't be embarrased at all, and I wouldn't consider it an outing. Afterall, beetle larvae are a inherent part of this hobby. But just to be safe, I, and I assume anyone else I have dealt with, would want to know. Just my opinion.

The analog one should be adjustable. At least the one that came with my old humi was. There's a thing in the back you can turn with a small screwdriver. Even so, digital hygrometer's are much more accurate.

Vinotemp packaging is HORRIBLE. I had to take several back to Target before I finally found two that weren't damaged. I ended up opening the boxes at the store to make sure they were ok before lugging them back home.
