    Johnny-O Aging

Don't give up on a cigar because someone else didn't like it. I assume they're just like the rest of the Johnny-O line: they're usually received VERY fresh and WILL go through a sick period. Trial and error...

    My new Wine-Cooler

    My new Wine-Cooler

Beads will definitely help regulate your RH. Also, throw a few empty boxes in there to take up some of the extra room. Less empty space = easier to humidify. ebay should have the oust fans. I've got a couple in mine and they work just fine. I don't see why you can't store an unopened...

    Cohiba vs. Trinidad

JMHO... I've had few cigars that always meet or exceed their expectations like Trinidad. 2-3 years age (or more  )on a reasonably CC that can contend with Cohiba...worthwhile. *this post not intended to undermine the all-mighty Coheeb

Padron 5000 and an ass kickin'!

Nicaraguan cigars are notorious for taking down even the best of us (if unprepared). IP has it nailed...just a little sugar and nicotine sickness is a thing of the past. You'll back on this in a few months when you're only smoking the azz-kickers and laugh.

    Fighting Florida Heat....

I just unrolled the rope-caulk and pressed it in the seams where the glass meets the wood. Worked for me. Again, good luck

    Fighting Florida Heat....

My vote is your losing humidity around all those glass panes. I'm assuming it's THIS humi... I had a bad seal around the glass in mine. Some rope-caulk weatherstripping and it's been rock steady. Move your stash to a tupperdor and re-season. Good luck!
