I haven't had the pleasure to try one yet, but I believe the consensus on these is that they mostly have a firm dram. Try picking up a drawpoker or something to help open it up. Better to try something like that than to waste what is supposed to be a high quality cigar.

I lit up a RASS which was one of the better ones I have ever had. Even better than the ones I took down overseas. I guess the 9 months or so on it made it that way. ;) After that I took on an 04' FFX Lancero. Absolutely stunning.

I can't think of a Padron that I haven't ever loved. They're fantastic. As for the question on the smaller ones, the panatelas are good probably my favorite.

Haven't been a fan of the stuff since I had an incident with it overseas. He's right guys. The real deal will kick your arse...Experienced drinkers or not, take this stuff with caution. Lol.

I'd have to say my three favorites from the year are the Don Carlos God of Fire, 26' series Padrons, and the Ashton ESG Robustos. I haven't had an 80th yet, but I should run across one sooner or later. ;)

Yeah, nobody out here in Hawaii that I have found sells the darn things. I'd like to find me some as well. I did pick up a 26' #9 today though. mmmm....
