Yep, that sounds pretty close. The only thing I would add would be Start your car in a windstorm and fuel it up while it is running.

This guy is a joke, I was a Navy Corpsman and he didn't even know what that was. He said that the Marines had there own docs. He was using some slang that only a vietnam vet would use and yet he stated that he was not in vietnam. This guy is asshat. So do what I know you guys can do best.
