I have been and you'll see a few rollers selling fresh sticks at the airports and the touristy areas, but nothing much else in terms of selection. Didn't get to go to the LCDH. I would also second the recommendation to take your own.

I agree with you on the shipping, if you paid for shipping to you, they should cover the return shipping at the very least on them since they were duds. Although, with flat rate boxes, you could probably ship them both in a single flat rate box and it shouldn't be too much more than shipping...
