First, I think everyone would agree that Cubans deserve and would love to have the freedoms we do in the U.S. However, the embargo is not going to help them get those freedoms. Historically, economic embargoes have not had much success at trying to create change in the embargoed country...

Sorry to hear about all the bad smoking experiences with this cigar. Just some food for thought, this is one of the most widely faked cigar today, and some are very detailed and made of cuban tobacco. I know of a couple of very experienced CP'ers who had fake Sublimes in their posession and...

One was sold in the last several months privately for $2000 and I know a vendor had them available a year or two ago for around the same. So yes, very reasonable price, but odd to say the least....

I'm confused Jim, the only 1998 Trinidad Cajon of 75 that was released contained Fundadores. Is this the one you are talking about? If it is, I was gifted one last year and it wasn't any different than any of the other '98 Fundis I have had. $750 seems awfully cheap for these....

I'm not sure the best way to answer your question, but I'll give you some of my thoughts. Each vintage for each cigar is going to be different, much like wine I would guess. I don't think you can say with certainty (at least I can't) which particular vintage is going to have a flavor profile...

That's what I remember as well Sam. The exchange rate was much worse back when they came out, so I think US$ was around $23-28 range.
