I always seem to find them at great prices in the PX and it's one of my favorite Canadian whiskies too. One or two small ice cubes and a mild-medium Havana....nothin' better! :thumbs: The Cask No. 16 is also VERY good, if you don't mind paying a little more for it....it's worth it!

Very nice! I've only ever had one each of the old machine-made and new hand-made Culebras. Very nice smoke, burns and draws fantastic (especially considering the abuse it takes in getting wetted and braided together). Also, the enormous Partagas band is very nice for posing as the centerpiece...

Speysides pair pretty easy with most everything...but I do find pairing cigars with Islay whiskies to be a bit more challenging.

You should give a little more detail, but what you're describing sounds like just a confiscation letter. That does still happen, but rarely does anything come of, except a nasty little letter and having your cigars confiscated. The letter from OFAC that this thread describes would just arrive...
