Wipe it off with a clean cloth, lightly dampened with distilled water, and smoke that stick.

Say thanks to your mom, but I wouldn't smoke them. all kinds of filth can get rolled up into those.   Just my $0.02.

Welcome Juan,   People generally do not recommend wiping down or wetting the inside of humidors. Instead, try a damp sponge on a saucer, closed inside for a few days. For your question, it is hard to answer. The "leak" could be a lack of conditioning, quality of the humidor, environmental, etc...

Open the box and inspect. I usually take a couple out and put them in a desktop, then play cooler tetris with the box.

It's hard to go by MSRP. Brands like Ghurka and Graycliff put a relatively large MSRP value on their sticks, but then dump them in bulk to online warehouse retailers like CI.
