Very nicely done. My only question is possible damage from salt testing your hygrometer considering electronics hate salt. I've heard of hygros coming with warnings saying to not salt test them. Any ever have damage from the salt test?

A hygrometer definently couldn't hurt as you can run into problems if it's too high or low. It does sound like your RH is too high causing you burn issues. I'm a newb also and am working on developing my palate. Only advice I have is to make sure your nose isn't stuffed up. That and I hear...
