I am going to have a contest for the extra sticks Marco-Polo sent me. I will send the last box he sent and keep the first for myself, so however wins gets the freshest sticks. I will do the same contest he did guess my last fill up on my motorcycle. A little hint my bike only holds four gallons...

Well I went to the Post Office today and both packages were there. I guess the last ones he sent found the first ones and showed them the way. Now I guess I'll have a little contest myself. Thanks again Marco!

I feel like I should post here to let everyone know my cigars most likely got to Houston the same time Ike did and are lost in the mail. Marco has been in touch with me and I will post here when I receive them. Thought I owed it to him to post this.

Yeah they are right where the worst part went through.

Here in Bay City it was never a big deal never lost power and the winds were only 60 with gust a little higher. Hope everyone else made out as well as we did... But I'm sure that won't be the case. I watched Tv most of the night and around Houston and Galveston it was scary.

Yeah we lived in Texas City when Carla came through in 61, we left there and came to Bay City and stayed with my Grandparents. So I am going to stick it out here for this this one as well. Bay City that is.
